Immission control - Submit emissions declaration according to 11. BlmSchV
As an operator of industrial and commercial facilities that must be authorised under immission control legislation, you must regularly determine the air pollution emitted by your facilities.
According to the requirements of the Emission Declaration Ordinance (11th BImSchV), you must provide information every four years:
- Type,
- Quantity and
- spatial and temporal distribution of emissions.

Prerequisite
Your installation is subject to authorisation in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act and the Annex to the 4th BImSchV.
Note: Under §1 Scope of application of the 11th BImSchV, those installations are listed that are exempt from the obligation to declare.
Procedure
Submit your emissions declaration electronically. Use the"BUBE online" company environmental data reporting system for this.
Deadlines
Every four years for the declaration period up to 31 May of the following year.
